I cannot say enough good things about this " Moosewood Cooks at Home" cookbook. It is by far the best cook book I have ever used. While I have a lot of cookbooks that I use and love, this one is so SO SO versatile and super easy for us moms who dont have a lot of time on our hands.. You can use it and not even realize its a vegetarian cookbook,,, The Beautiful, yummy delicous Chocolate cake is also courtesy of this cook book. Its called 6 minuted chocolate cake. No mixing bowls even required, you sift all your dry ingredients in the pan you cook it in,, add the wet ingredients,, stir with a fork and bake. and VOILA,,, a very good, tasty and moist chocolate cake. Top it off with some powdered sugar and you have yourself a yummy moist delivous cake that your family will love. Zack loved it and went back for seconds.... oddly enough. Even after he knew it was vegan.
Well,,, Im off to bed.
As always, flesh free and ha ha peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :)
