Inspiring Culinary Tastes for moms

So,,, as most of you know,, I am a vegetarian and we have agreed to raise our Lil Plum, a veggie as well. Despite my husband and sons carniverous ways. It is my hope that she continues to love and relish the deliscous culinary tastes I am introducing to her.

It is also my hope that I can inspire other moms to have fun and be creative with their lil ones menu's. Vegetarian or not.

So, basically this is the purpose of this blog. To try and inspire other moms to feed their children and themselves, fresh, natural, organic, and hopefully vegetarian food.

Remember,, their culinary tastes start now. Tthe sooner you expose them to different textures and flavors, the sooner they will become accustomed to new and colorful diets. I am proud to say that my lil plum has only turned her nose at very few things. As of right now, parsnips and avocaods are a no no on her high chair plate. But thats about it.

I try most times to avoid anything artificial. No food coloring for this mama. No hydrogenated oil and no High Fructose Corn Syrup. Of course no one is perfect and on occasion I will treat my lil fluffy plum to a junkie treat, but who doesnt eh ???

Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys reading my posts . I will try and post everyday what I have made her and myself as well..
Til next time.
As for me,, I keep it flesh free.. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

What a great idea! I always envy the plum's daily diet a bit, so now I can feel jealous AND maybe get recipes? Not that I'll be pureeing my veggies anytime soon... or maybe?

Well I must say Lily is growing out of the pureeing stage. She HAS to have things to pick up and eat herself now,, so Im slowly progressing out of the puree's. Im kinda sad about this, as its much easier to freeze and re heat,, but,,, such is life.
